Junichi TOSAKA, Founder & Managing Director
"Junichi" worked for Yamaichi Securities Co. Ltd. in Tokyo and a U.S. investment firm. Then, he founded an investment advisory company "Global Cyber Investments Inc. (GCI) in 2000 and served as a managing director. Under his management, GCI has now grown to have two subsidiaries and capitalized more than USD1million from USD100, 000 when he started.

His background is covering foreign equities, alternative investments, and structured products, as well as a broad and deep relationship with many Japanese blue chip corporate and major institutional investors makes him an opinion leader in the innovative frontier in Japanese financial business community. In addition to analyzing the market and seeking out profitable investments, he often delivers a speech on the issue of Alternative Investments and private baking to institutional and private investors. Tosaka holds a MBA degree in International Finance from the University of Pittsburgh in the U.S.


Tatsuya HIGASHINO, Director
"Tatsu" joined the firm of Salomon Brothers, Tokyo, currently Nikko Salomon Smith Barney, where he worked for 15 years. At beginning of his career, he was sent to the New York headquarters and London office for training. Then, he was transferred to the U.S. and engaged in sophisticated systematic and arbitrage trade on major exchanges such as NYSE, CME, and AMEX. When he returned to Tokyo, he initiated the establishment of the equity derivatives team at Salomon Brothers Asia Ltd.

In addition to trading derivatives, he achieved an outstanding record in sales, product and system development, and fund management. His position at the time of leaving the firm was the director and head of the trading team. He is scheduled to join JKWI in June of 2002. He will participate in the general management of the company and the analysis of hedge funds. He invests his capital in international and venture related funds as well as in real estate. He will be involved in merger and acquisition for revitalizing corporations and investment consulting. He acquired his Bachelor's Degree in Economics in April of 1987 from Keio University, Tokyo.
